Fairfax Circle Church

Celebrate the season with Fairfax Circle Church

It is with great joy that we anticipate the coming celebration of the birth of Christ our Lord!  We invite you to come along with us on a journey through the Advent.  It is our hope that you would take advantage of these opportunities to pause and reflect on the peace, hope, joy and love that are gifted to us unconditionally every day through Jesus, God with Us.

Operation Christmas Child
We have already started the celebration through our involvement with the Operation Christmas Child shoebox program.  This year we sent over 2,000 shoeboxes filled with gifts to children in countries that are not receptive to the Gospel.  Please join us in praying that these boxes will be received by the children with joy and understanding that the Savior has come for each one of them personally.  Our remaining event takes place on Dec 3, with a trip to the processing center in Baltimore.  Please click here for more information.

Christmas Caroling at Braddock Glen
This is a special time of loving the senior adults at Braddock Glen Assisted Living Facility through song, puppet shows and our presence.  Please join us Dec. 7 at 6:30 at 4027 Olley Lane, Fairfax.

The 12 Days of Christmas Challenge: A Celebration of Advent for Everyone!
Starting the 13th of December we will be encouraging our church family to celebrate Advent through the lens of your cameras and the power of personal stories.  There will be daily (fun!) challenges for you to creatively share your experiences and the joy of the season. We are excited to walk through the days with you, learning more about each other and about how we each see and celebrate Christmas in our own special way.

Each day,  the 13th you will receive a daily challenge.  Read the scripture, take the picture or share your story and send it to one or all of our social media addresses listed.  Let’s tweet, post, and instagram our way through this time of celebration.

Please click here for more information and to see the challenges.

Living Nativity
Step back in time with us as we re-create the scene of Christ’s birth!  There will be live animals and a delicious meal on Dec 22 and 23, 7-9 pm.  This is a special event that is great for the whole family.

Christmas Eve Services
You are invited to celebrate Christmas with us at 5:30 or 7:00 pm on Dec. 24, Christmas Eve.

Christmas Day
We will not hold church on Sunday, Dec. 25.

New Year’s Day
