We know that visiting a church for the first time can be an unsettling experience. Whether you’re coming back to church or checking it out for the first time we know it’s a big step and we want it to be a great one. Below are some things you can expect on any given Sunday.
There are a lot of great churches in the Northern Virginia area. We hope you will give ours a try! See you Sunday.
Expect a casual and welcoming environment where you can come as you are. Dress casual or wear a suit, it’s your choice. Grab a cup of coffee and a snack and bring it to worship with you. We want you to have the freedom to check us out.
No high-pressure pitches or long drawn out guilt trips. Just honest talk in easy-to-understand language that’s practical to everyday life. One of our mottos is, “If you can’t use it on Monday, we won’t say it on Sunday.”
We know that as a parent your children are very important to you and you need to be sure that they are safe and having fun. We’ve invested a lot to make sure that both of these goals are reached. When you walk into our lobby, one of the first things you’ll notice is our Children’s Check-In station. From there, you can expect a great kids program for Birth – 6th Grade, with many fun activities and learning adventures. Of course your kids are always welcome to join you in worship if that’s better for your family.
On Sunday mornings middle and high school students are given opportunities to serve. They are a vital part of our Sunday morning Kid’s Ministry, worship teams and hospitality teams. On Sunday nights we have a place just for them.
