Find Community. Be Inspired. Change the World

Fairfax Circle isn’t about buildings or sermons or songs. It’s about people. Our small groups are where people become each other’s community and family. They're there to help pick you up when you’re down and inspire you to grow as a person and grow closer to God. A small group is a weekly gathering of people who meet in a home to study the Bible, pray and share one another’s experiences.

All of our small groups will meet online this semester using the Zoom platform.  Below is a description of each of the groups along with the day and time they will meet.  Groups will begin the week of October 5 and will be for between 6-8 weeks. If you have any questions contact us at

A Study in the Gospel of John

Facilitator: Mike Byman

This group will use a “Deepening Life Together” series Bible Study to look at the Gospel of John.  John will take us on his eyewitness account of Jesus’ life, ministry, death, and resurrection.  As we read, discuss, and reflect on the topic of each session, we will discover how God demonstrated Jesus’ true identity as the Messiah.

Favorite Verses

This group will focus on group member’s favorite verses or passages of scripture.  Each week the group will have a discussion centered on a different verse or passage each week. If you have a favorite verse or passage that you would like to share and explore with others this may be the group for you.

God of Justice

Sundays at 7:00pm

Facilitator: Elise Bell

This study is designed to help a follower of Jesus understand what our role is in a fallen world full of injustice.  At the end of this study you will have a better understanding of why Jesus followers need to be intentional in the goal for global peace, and how we can be effective in these efforts without leaving our home.  This study will include a book study, use of You Tube videos, and special food treats as we pray around the world.
