Thank you for all the donations for our families!
We wrapped up our Baby Needs Drive earlier this week and are thrilled to have collected so many items for the families we serve! Stayed tuned in the coming weeks to hear just how much was collected. Thank you for all the donations!
The Food Drive focused the first two weeks of March on collecting items needed by the babies and children in the families we serve. Diapers, formula, medication and more are items that are continuously in need and we now have a much heathier stock of those items.
Although we have concluded the Baby Needs Drive, all baby and pantry staple items are still being collected. Please see the list below for items to donate!
Since May 2020 we've been collecting and delivering food and basic essentials to families in need.
We plan to continue to do so as long as the need continues and we have the resources and volunteers available. We're working with multiple groups across Northern Virginia to serve the community in this way. Here are ways you can help with this effort.
Ways to Donate
Our biggest need is financial donations. With these funds our volunteer shoppers are able to purchase specific items that are needed as well as perishable foods such as fruits, vegetables and meats. To donate, click the button below and under the “fund” pulldown menu select “COVID19-Food Drive”
Gift Card Donations
When possible we prefer to allow families to be able to purchase their own food and supplies with gift cards. We’re collecting gift cards for H-Mart, Giant and Safeway grocery stores. To donate gift cards you can either drop them off on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 12pm-4pm or mail them to 3110 Chichester Lane, Fairfax 22031.
